These are the terms and conditions for all 1 to 1 online lessons: test lesson, 30-minute, and 60-minute lessons.

1. I use Google Drive and Google docs for lesson notes and homework. Because of that, lessons are better held with a computer.
2. Communication tools used may vary: Google Meet or Skype. 
3. Show up on time for the lesson. I will wait for a student for 15 minutes only. If you booked a 30-minute lesson and you are 15 minutes late, you’ll only have a 15-minute lesson.
4. If you need to reschedule, or cancel a lesson and ask for a refund, you can do it by replying to the booking email more than 24 hours before the lesson start time.
5. Please note that in case of refund, transaction fees won’t be returned.
6. Your lesson won’t be refunded if you don’t show up for the lesson or if you don’t ask for rescheduling or refund with 24 hours or more before the lesson start time.
7. If the teacher needs to cancel, she’ll inform you as soon as possible. After that, it’ll be possible to ask for a refund or reschedule the lesson. 
8. Make sure you have good internet connection. You can check it here and you need minimum of 2mb download and 2mb upload. Also, your internet has to be stable. The teacher can not reschedule or refund a lesson because of poor internet connection on the student’s side.
9. If you don’t want to use video for the lessons, let the teacher know.
10. Payments are made at the time of booking. If you want to buy discounted packages or your lessons are paid by your company and you need receipts or reports, let the teacher know during the test lesson. 
11. A lesson includes: a video call, material for the lesson, homework.
12. Be respectful.
